The people will buy more sunglasses in this summer

Snooki Couture is here. The Jersey Shore star has launched her new line of signature sunglasses. NYS Collection Eyewear has partnered with Nicole Polizzi to offer consumers a brand of fashion sunglasses designed by the star. Prices rang from $20 to $35 and more styles are expected to be added to the collection. Now women from all over the world can incorporate Jersey Shore style into their wardrobes. This is the latest extension of the Snooki brand as the reality star also fronts handbags and other merchandise.


Snooki by Nicole Polizzi has 11 styles to choose from and has a loud style similar to its namesake. Snooki is the biggest star of Jersey Shore (other than the Situation) and this venture is part of her empire building to extend her fame beyond the show. So far, its hard to tell how successful this sunglass line will be. Perhaps if Sunglass Hut picks up the collection then Nicole Polizzi can get some marketing help from Courtney Kerr of Most Eligible Dallas.

The last two years have been good to Nicole Polizzi. Between an E! Tue Hollywood Story feature biography and appearances on MTV and various entertainment magazines, the Snooki moniker is almost as famous as other one-named stars like Cher, Madonna, and Gaga. Jersey Shore is still pulling in fans but once the show ends will Snooki go on?
